REMOTE Sr. K8 Adoption/ Integration Architect/ Sr. Engineer Opening

This is is long term remote contract with potential to go permanent.

• Dedicated to supporting the team and helping them with adoption, integration, and implementation of Kubernetes

• Consultative, architect level approach needed (confirming hands-on needs)

• Alignment and ties to standards wherever/whenever possible as client strives to adopt standards across organizations/teams – works with Platform Team Architects/leads to understand K8 approach, standards, etc. and applies with Mission Control team

• Sr to Architect level resource desirable (confirming hands-on expectation/needs)

• Ability to plan out and communicate a clear path for K8 adoption and integration

• Savvy at K8 architecture, POC, and integration

• Has done K8 implementation in various formats and flavors

• Extensive K8 experience

• Min 3+ years of Kubernetes app development

• Min 2+ years of Kubernetes administration

• AWS

• Linux

• Java

• PCF and EKS platforms

• Flexible and adaptable personality (cannot be a fundamentalist, do by the book type)

• US Citizen (no green cards, no visas, none of that)

• Reporting directly to Sharif, but allocated 100% to Mission Control team

• Full time, remote, 6 month commitment to start, potential for hire
