ATAK Interactive is a full-service marketing agency. Our services include sales enablement, marketing automation, performance marketing, inbound marketing, account-based marketing, content creation, brand development, strategy development, web + graphic design, SEO, ecommerce + web development, email marketing, and much more. We're a strong team that believe in one another and hope to find some like-minded candidates to help build on our success.
In 2020, we grew our business by 50% and are expecting another 65% growth surge in 2021. Our clients are mid-market, from $10m to $200m in annual revenue, across industrial industries like manufacturing, construction, packaging, signage, and more.
What We Need from You
Oversee the health of all of our accounts. We have developed wonderful relationships with our clients and are looking for an extension of what has been built. You can take the “trust baton” from our team and make our clients feel they are in good hands because you are in charge. Clients will feel properly led, creatively energized, and overly communicated with.
Build, measure, and learn our client campaigns. We need someone unafraid to go into every project and tell us where we can be better. We need this fearlessness to translate to new campaigns developed with little oversight that are properly measured to the point of sale and optimized accordingly.
Introduce and integrate the latest in marketing automation software. We are a HubSpot Platinum Partner and it’s important you are able to help our clients maximize the potential of their MarTech stack. As technology evolves, we expect you to be at the forefront and guide our accounts to utilize the best systems and platforms to get the desired results.
Manage our Accounts team. As the Marketing Director, you will oversee the accounts and the Account Managers currently working with the clients. You will help them elevate their careers by becoming truly great marketers.
Help us jump from great to elite. Our company is in a growth phase. Our business development continues to improve and bring us the desired opportunities. However, we need someone to ensure that the great work we are currently doing can be truly elite. This position will sit on our company leadership team and will actively assist in helping us improve all areas of the business.
