We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (contract to hire) to find and engage talent for our Engineering teams. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition you'll work closely with hiring partners to drive hiring outcomes. We're experiencing high growth and scaling teams across the organization. What You’ll Do

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand our culture, the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company.
- Strategically plan and execute impactful sourcing campaigns for engineering roles.
- Engage and activate passive candidates through the use of boolean, LinkedIn, etc
- Conduct phone screens with qualified candidates and share candidates with hiring teams.
- Deliver a world class candidate experience while moving candidates through our process with urgency.
What You’ll Bring
- Typically, 6+ years of recruiting experience working in fast paced technology driven companies
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience on an in-house team
- Experience driving outcomes, developing pipelines of high quality hiring engineering and technical candidates
- Intuitive sourcing skills and a knack for identifying and engaging top talent
- Self-directed, with a high sense of urgency and keen eye for details
- A motivated, dynamic and curious mind with excellent research skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Google Apps, CRM, etc
- Prior agency experience or tech start-up experience preferred
