Sr Mobile App Developer- Xamarin

JBS is currently hiring a remote Sr Xamarin Developer who will be primarily responsible for Feature Development and app maintenance. This critical role will need to coordinate work across multiple systems, teams, and departments in an agile environment. Strong communication skills will be needed for this position to integrate solutions across other engineering teams within and outside the organization.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years working with iOS and Android native mobile development

• 1+ years working with Xamarin

• Experience working with CSS and PSD/Sketch UI designs

• Published apps in App Store and/or Google Play Store

• Strong computer science background

• Experienced in integrating with APIs, persisting data, caching and refreshing

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to accurately estimate work

• Commitment to provide quality completed deliverables with well-factored, maintainable code

• Experience with git

Nice To Have

• Experience with event based architectures

• Experience in e-commerce development

• Experience building and designing REST-based web services using JSON

• Experience with containerization

• Experience with devOps (automated deployments and continuous integration)
