You might be a good fit for this job if… You’re motivated to be the primary leader responsible for managing relationships with CFO clients. You should have an acumen for developing meaningful relationships with your clients so you are in a position of influence when they are making key decisions for their company with financial implications. In the end, much of your time in this role will be spent in meetings with the client, so there should be a high level of comfort both developing a relationship with them and leading them to entrust your advice and consulting. At the beginning of your relationship with Craig Cody and Company, you'll be learning the ropes and performing some of the behind the scenes client work, this will serve as your training ground.
You are gifted at asking the right questions to help uncover operational needs and have the experience necessary to understand your client’s business and a wide range of experience to be able to advise a wide variety of industries. You will serve as a mentor and leader to junior staff and will be the ultimate point of accountability with your clients. You function with a high degree of independence but really enjoy the work of guiding clients.
You will have extensive experience in tax and will serve as the primary tax leader on your accounts with final signoff happening by the firm's managing partner.
