Scalable Path is looking for a Technical Interviewer to join their team. This is a remote, part-time position.
The pay rate for this role is from $35 - $50 USD per hour, depending on experience and capability
CLIENT COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Scalable Path is a technical staffing agency with over 18,000 software developers and digital pros from 173 countries. For over 10 years, we have been helping businesses hire remote tech staff.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your main responsibility will be to evaluate candidates' technical skills by running a live online coding challenge (typically 1 hour long) with them as part of our internal vetting process.
This will include sharing feedback at the end of the assessment to let them know if you think they are suitable or not suitable for the position they applied for.
In addition, you will need to write notes in our system for each interview in order to document your decision and results of the test.
There will also be opportunities to participate in our blog by writing articles to cover new topics or to provide feedback on other articles.
RELATIONSHIPS - WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH: You will be working directly with our Founder/CEO, Damien, and the Talent team. There is an existing daily meeting at 10:30am America/Los Angeles (-07:00) PDT.
REQUIRED SKILLS: - Strong English communication skills - At least 5 years of experience in the software development space - Familiarity with modern frameworks and technologies - Able to create and administer technical assessments for varying tech stacks - Ability to work independently - A fast Internet connection and a quiet place to conduct interviews.
