The ideal candidate will have some experience of working in a team environment with 2+ years of commercial experience as a Drupal specialist working across frontend, backend or full-stack disciplines.
You’ll be working in a dedicated build squad and working remotely - so being a self-starter and highly motivated is essential.

Producing high-quality solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Participating in briefing sessions, contributing to writing technical specifications and estimates.
Continuous development of your area of expertise (JS and/or PHP).
Assisting and contributing to projects being led by Senior Developers and Technical Leads.
Contribute to sprint demos, retrospectives, and planning meetings. Communicate your technical approach at an appropriate level, for mixed audiences, including clients.
Drupal Developer qualifications and skills
3+ years on-the-job experience of commercial web development, preferably JS/PHP based.
2+ years experience working as a specialist with Drupal.
2+ years experience with version control systems (preferably Git) and team workflows.
Comfortable working full stack when needed (you will have Frontend/Backend specialists in your team).
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Desirable qualifications and skills
Drupal 8, Acquia or JS/PHP certification.
Experience with Git for version control.
Broader experience (or the desire) of working with frameworks such as React, Gatsby, or Larvel.
A Software Engineering, Computer Science Degree, or a relevant apprenticeship qualification.
Our Tech Stack
At Access we are a Drupal first agency, however, we are keen on innovation and using the right tools for the right job. As such, you may be asked to work with JS frameworks such as React or Vue or PHP frameworks such as Symphony or Larvel. We also know how important DevOps and business tools are for a productive and happy agency. A new project would typically use a Tech Stack like the below:
PHP, JS, HTML, CSS
