Our client currently has a LARGE sybase setup and they have to get everything migrated to the mySQL in order to be able to begin their cloud migration journey. They are making the switch because it is more cost effective to use mySQL.

It is critical to their business that everything comes through this system for authentication

What we need - a resource who has MySQL knowledge. Underlying all of the data, there is going to be a bunch of operational things - data conversation, data migrations. We need an expert on both database technologies.

This team currently has a mySQL SME and a Sybase SME but not someone who can take the data from one and convert it to the other.

Any exposure to devOPs environment or IAC is a HUGE plus here as they are currently working towards a cloud migration. Exposure to cloud is also a plus but not mandatory as well (AWS or Azure)
