We are partnered with a client that has multiple openings for Work From Home Call Center Representatives. Previous call center experience is preferred, but candidates with any customer service experience who have strong phone skills will be considered. Will be assisting with OVERFLOW calls from the unemployment offices around the US.

• Must have (3) years of contact service experience or customer service experience. Preferably working from home background.
Must have experience with data-entry into a computer-based device.
Must be proficient with a computer including Microsoft Office, the Internet, and other system
• Intel Core i5 Processor with 8Gb memory
• 256Gb hard drive
• Windows 10
• 1 USB Type C 3.1 Gen 2 port
• 1 RJ-45 connection
