Schedule: Day and Evening shift schedules, including weekends. This position is a fully remote, permanent, in-bound call center customer service position.
Job Responsibilities:- Managing relationships with customers; generating additional sales by up-selling and cross-selling
Education and Experience- Associates degree or higher
