Due to our fast growth we are looking for an exceptional new Director of Program Innovation to join us.

As our new Director of Program Innovation, you will start working on our new program Accelerating Coach Excellence, with Google Director of Coaching and Leadership Development, David Peterson. The launch of a new Team Coaching Institute would follow quickly after**.**

You would be at the very heart of what we do, developing and managing high-quality educational programs and learning environments for Business & Executive Coaches. The role reports to the Group CEO. You will also be greatly supported by our senior leaders, as well as an incredible program team.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-7 years’ experience of team management (including 2-3 years’ experience managing a team in a program/project management environment)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of key principles/practices in creating learning/development programs
  • Ability to balance and blend approaches/practices of mixed methods
  • Experience in leading and motivating a fast-paced, eager-to-learn team
  • Demonstrated data analytics and problem solving skills
  • Experience in developing/managing products in a direct marketing environment
  • An understanding of Human Resources, Personnel, and/or Coaching practices
  • Ability to encourage team members to greater personal/professional development, creativity and innovation, while maintaining overall schedule, program quality and consistency
  • Ability to encourage cross-fertilization of ideas and innovations between team members and programs in a dispersed environment
  • Planning/Organization skills, with particular emphasis on managing multiple, simultaneous work streams *
  • Ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities while maintaining overall strategy and outcomes
  • Strong emotional intelligence/the ability to deal sensitively with difficult issues
  • Ability to identify and pursue key priorities in the face of multiple tasks
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, creative, innovative environment
  • Familiarity with programs and systems used in managing and working with remote teams favourable

What you’ll do:

  • Develop the Overall Program strategy/roadmap
  • Direct the Program Delivery Schedule
  • Evaluate Competitive Programs, developing approaches for creating and maintaining clear competitive advantage
  • Stay on top of learning trends and technologies to upgrade our courses and stay ahead of the curve
  • Create new program delivery methods (Evergreen, Hybrid, Multi-level)
  • Identify/implement key program and technical innovations (gamification, AI, micro learning)
  • Integrate creative ways to build community, excitement and engagement
  • Manage Thought Leader/Program Partner relationships
  • Direct members of the Program Team
  • Establish/manage/track individual program KPIs and overall department KPIs
