NATIVE ENGLISH LEVEL ONLY. We are looking to add a motivated, full-time email outreach member to our growing team.
The position involves administration of various digital outreach campaigns and managing the responses to them. Responses come in via Email to a number of inboxes. You will need to manage a number of inboxes ensuring that all messages are dealt with in a timely, professional manner. Responses will range from a simple yes or no to specific requests for content to be written and submitted to a website. You will also coordinate with our content team to produce requested content and manage the process of getting it successfully published.
This is a long-term, work-from-home opportunity of 30+ hours per week, but the hours for this position are flexible and can be adapted to your schedule.
Desired Skills & Qualifications: We’re looking for people who are able to work 30 hours a week or more, or will be able to in the near future.
Native English speaker. Resilient nature and an ability to multitask. Comfortable working with new software and a willingness to learn. Excellent time management skills due to the work-from-home nature of the position. Excellent organization skills due to the need to manage multiple email threads at once. Detail-oriented due to the nature of our reporting structures. Motivated and driven by achieving personal and professional goals. Ability to adapt to and work within proven processes and systems. Ability to make decisions quickly regarding the viability of a website. Ability to adapt your communication style. Ability to communicate instructions and guidelines clearly and concisely. Comfortable with basic financial negotiations.
Who Are We? We are a fast-growing digital marketing company that runs websites in a number of niches, including website brokering, finance, and more. We have a growing team of remote workers who promote these websites.
