Becoming a Senior Systems Administrator with Capita IT & Networks:
Capita IT & Networks are currently on the market to recruit a Senior Systems Administrator. As a member of our 3rd Line Support team you will form part of the escalation structure for all technical support issues relating to infrastructure across a wide range of customer environments.
You will act as a key point of contact for the other tiers of support in both receiving escalations and where appropriate providing guidance and instruction.
What you will do:
As a member of the Service Delivery team you will:- Providing a point for technical escalation a range of technologies associated with IaaS and hosting services
About you:- Strong knowledge & experience in:
Working experience and understanding of:
Support and administration of backup solutions, including one or more from the following: Backup Exec, Commvault, Netbackup, Dell Networker, Veeam
Support and administration of Anti-Virus solutions, in particular McAfee and Symantec products
Support and administration of mail and messaging, including one or more from the following: Exchange 2010/2013/2016/Exchange Online (O365)
Patch management including experience of one or more of the following: SCCM, WSUS
Security Clearance / CRB Clearance
