I See Me! is looking for a qualified Front-End Developer to join our team and build the client-side of our web applications, translating our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications. You will be responsible for understanding shopping behavior on our website, improving the user experience, recommending new technologies and updating the site with our ongoing promotions and new products, and leading the effort to develop international versions of our site as we expand internationally.
In this role you will employ knowledge of ecommerce technology to enhance the site with new functionality, execute A/B testing to improve the user experience, regularly monitor Google Analytics metrics to understand consumer behavior on our website, optimize the site for SEO, work with Marketing and Design to add new products, update promotions, prices and product information and aid in creating versions of our website for different countries.
Must be located in the Twin Cities area to apply. Position offers flexibility to work in the office 2 days a week and from home 3 days a week.
