Whiplash is empowering next-generation eCommerce retailers with simple and powerful warehousing and fulfillment solutions. Our software translates complex retail requirements into simple, failsafe instructions for warehouse employees across the globe.
You'll be an early hire who's primary responsibility will be the first touch in our inbound sales process. Some leads you'll take from inquiry through the full sales cycle, other, more complicated deals will be passed to senior members of the team. You'll have a role in shaping the sales process, the tools we use, and the channels and methods we utilize for prospecting.
Our customers are e-commerce operations of all shapes and sizes - but predominantly come from the music and apparel world.
30% of your time will be spent on miscellaneous marketing and business development activities. Be part of the conversation when discussing strategic partnerships.
Those who will thrive in this role are curious, organized, conscientious, and have the ability to grasp complex concepts and articulate them concisely. Non-traditional backgrounds valued. (Engineers, Mathematics, Philosophy, English)
