We’re running an Online Hiring Event this Saturday to hire Call Center Concierge ($20K/yr)

Online Hiring Events are live forums designed to enable you to understand the role and requirements through an interactive Q&A session followed by a self-directed testing process. The testing takes between 3-5 hours to complete. It’s worth taking the time to finish all the tests because we evaluate every single complete application to find the top talent.

This event will include all testing required to apply for the role. Upon grading the tests, and if you advance, we will set up an interview with the hiring manager.

Exceptional English, outstanding communication skills, and a friendly personality are essential to the Call Center Concierge role. Reliable high-speed internet will be required in this remote position, as you will be running programs, like skype, and speaking with customers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Perfect English – American Accent
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • General computer skills – the ability to type, navigate the Internet, and use Skype
  • Customer service experience
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
  • Reliable high-speed Internet
  • Previously worked in a remote position with your own computer equipment and microphone
  • Quiet setting with little to no background noise to perform call
  • Requirements that make you eligible for upward mobility: Fluency in French as a second language
