About Us

Tuft & Needle is a digitally-native sleep brand. We offer high quality products for the bedroom at a fair price while providing an award-winning customer experience. Founded by an engineer and marketer from Silicon Valley, we’re a company that has iterative design and development at its core. We believe the user experience should drive development and technology should rarely dictate functionality. At the end of the day, we’re a group of nice people who work hard and value transparency, growth, and doing right by our customers. Come help us shape the future of our brand.

About the Role

Above all, we win as a team. We hire people who like working collaboratively and don’t mind getting out of their comfort zones.
