Overview of the Role

This is a fully remote position. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the remotely-based and onsite Sales Team. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales through the coaching and development of Inside Sales Representatives, Outside Estimators, and Quoters. The Sales Manager will train and mentor sales staff to ensure best practices are implemented to achieve success in reaching company objectives.


Responsible for leading Sales Team

Monitor, track and report team performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Identify skill gaps and provide personal ongoing support and feedback

Support leadership’s vision to build and develop an effective and high performing team

Assist representatives with difficult or escalated calls by possessing a high level of product knowledge and process expertise

Supervise the workflow of team members

Ability to deliver in high pressure growth environments

Desired Skills and Experience

Must have:

3-5 years experience in supervising a successful sales team

Available 8am - 5pm PST Full-Time

Proven leader in a sales environment

In-depth knowledge and experience in sales, negotiation and closing techniques

Experience conceptualizing and developing scalable sales processes

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to function in a fast paced environment

Nice to have:

BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field

Experience in construction or home improvement industry

Experience managing remote teams
