About the role
The support team at Zapiet provide merchants with responsive, detailed support with configuring their online store for pickups and deliveries. We go above and beyond by assisting merchants with minor customizations, configuration of third party services and personal recommendations for getting the most out of our apps.
An ideal match for this role is someone who has great troubleshooting and analytical skills, a curious mind for how things work, an affinity for helping and teaching customers, and is inspired by making online shopping better. Zapiet is constantly pushing the boundaries of commerce and our support team needs to understand our apps inside out.
You’ll need to have:
Experience with Shopify and configuring Shopify apps.
Understanding of Shopify’s Liquid templating engine.
This is a remote position so you can work from home, a coffee shop, patio or the comfort of your bed so long as you have a stable internet connection. We are specifically looking for somebody located in the PST timezone.
You must be passionate about customer success and helping the team.
You must have a great sense of humour, have a strong desire to learn, and are a great communicator.
Most importantly, you must be incredibly resourceful and really enjoy problem solving.
