Head of Customer Suppor at Metabolic - Job Description

Metabolic Inc. is a preventive consumer healthcare startup focused on eradicating Metabolic Syndrome Disease (cause of ⅓ deaths in the US) .We offer personalized, actionable and effective support and advice to our users with a mix of the latest science, talented nutrition and nurse experts, and state of art artificial intelligence.

Metabolic is effectively building a software-only preventive health care clinic.

Metabolic is an online subscription service and your job will be to make sure we are supporting our customers well. In order to do this you will need to:

  • Develop training books for everyone in the customer support team
  • Device protocols to make sure we are always ready to serve our customers under an expansive list of circumstances
  • Run Quality Control on our team to make sure we meet standards
  • Make sure we hire the optimal number of customer support agents

The ideal candidate has done this:

  • Training and managing  hundreds of customer support agents
  • Has provided a customer experience that customers rave about
