We need your help to mine and interpret this information from our customers and turn them into actionable changes that can further our vision of helping singles form meaningful connections with other amazing singles!

This is a unique role that is on the intersection of product development and marketing - it demands both an analytical mind and creative spirit. You will be responsible for elevating our customer engagement metrics to a world class mobile app level using analytics and creative solutions. A successful candidate will be both creative and technical, with a collaborative and resourceful style that is contagious. Our team is small, entrepreneurial, and business-focused--you should be too!

  • Responsible for driving all customer engagement KPIs (user activation, retention & upsell)
  • Create, implement, and automate entire customer lifecycle communication (email, push, in-app messaging) for key segment of users.
  • Set up a first-class process and system, including selecting the appropriate tech stacks, that enables rapid process: a/b testing both in and outside of app, multiple customer segmentation, and implementation of ideas.
  • Consistently identify, a/b test, and implement new touch points, creatives, and messaging for maximum engagements.
  • Work with Marketing & Customer Success team to develop & execute product marketing strategy for maximum feature adoption.
  • Conduct market research, user research, and creative team brainstorming sessions, to understand the “whys” of consumer behavior and generate and execute the best creative & messaging that propels consumers to actions.
  • Work with BI to create an automated dashboards and data visualizations to track customer engagement KPIs.
  • 3+ years of growth PM or lifecycle/CRM/engagement marketing experienceExperience vetting & selecting the latest app engagement tech stacks specifically designed for rapid a/b testing and customer segmentation.
  • Experience automating drip campaigns for multiple segment of users.
  • Experience having executed effective lifecycle/CRM/engagement campaigns from brainstorming to a/b testing to implementation.
  • Experience setting up KPI dashboards for company wide communication.
  • Exceptional Excel, SQL and data analysis skills--including a good grasp on statistics.
  • Proven track record of thinking outside the box and ideating and executing creative solutions to consumer problems.
  • Versatile; ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
