The Salesforce Operations Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of processes, tools, and resources that drive efficient business processes across Amplify in a robust and heavily customized instance of Salesforce.com
Through analysis, requirements gathering, and research of process needs and available solutions, this role will insure effective data usage, drive automation to increase productivity, and manage process integration across departments and business units as well as external systems in order to centralize analytics. Additionally, this role will oversee Assessment and Curriculum Materials fulfillment and processing as well as Ecommerce Solution and Knowledge Management systems and processes as part of an overall strategy to coordinate a streamlined user experience for internal and external customers. The Salesforce Operations Analyst will report directly to the Vice President of Support Services, but will interact with internal stakeholders in all departments within Amplify.
