You have an uncanny ability to create masterfully thought out, and beautifully executed user experiences. You pour your heart & soul into your artfully crafted designs and carefully think through every pixel. You know when and when not to introduce motion into design, and can step back and see how each piece of the user experience interacts with one another in a clear and well organized big picture. As a UI / UX Product designer at Lucky Orange, you will play a direct role in organizing and crafting beautiful user experiences that will delight our thousands of customers worldwide. Everything from new features & new products to rethinking the existing interface and marketing site from the ground up.

**What You’ll Need: (p.s. - we care more about your skillset and what you can produce than degrees - Some of our best emlpoyees are self taught.) **

  • Outstanding Graphic Design Skillset & Portfolio

  • Ability to organize entire product interfaces/experiences from the ground up

  • Expert knowledge of design & wireframing tools (Sketch, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)

  • Expert knowledge of motion design

  • Ability to produce wireframes

  • Can go from wireframes to clean and functional html code

  • Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3

  • Experience with responsive and mobile web design (Twitter Bootstrap etc.)

  • A/B Testing & Validation

  • Excellent written & verbal skills

  • Live in / near our Overland Park, KS office - or willing to relocate (Relocation Assitance Supplied)

Extra Awesome:

  • Javascript development

  • Vue.js knowledge

  • Experience working on a SAAS product

  • Outside the box thinking - know when to reinvent the wheel (and when not to)
